This house was absolutely unreal! We were blown away by how amazing it was. The facilities were next level and we were truly spoilt. The communication with Tracy, the property manager, was excellent and she provided us with tons of helpful information. Faye and Ian, the owners, were also incredibly lovely and even left us champagne as a congratulations for our event. The house itself was stunning, beautifully finished, and had smart features like lighting. There was plenty of fridge space, good storage in the bedrooms, and the beds were super comfy. The whole experience was first class, with detailed instructions, a homely feel, and a quiet location. The property exceeded our expectations, with its spotless cleanliness, beautiful decor, and spaciousness. Tracy was extremely helpful throughout our stay and the owners' thoughtful touches, like leaving us champagne and providing videos on how to use the appliances, were much appreciated. The location was great, with a short walk to the town center and the beach just yards away. The house had everything we needed, such as Wi-Fi, towels, soap, and a hairdryer. There were also nice amenities nearby, like pubs, cafes, and takeaways. it was a lovely stay and we would love to come back again.

Private Cinema: I felt like a Hollywood superstar having my own private cinema in the townhouse. Watching my favorite movies on the big screen was an experience beyond compare. It was like being transported into a world of luxury and glamour. Absolutely amazing!

Door Issues: Some of the bedroom doors didn't close properly and needed something to be jammed against them.

Ample fridge space, kitchen supplies, storage space, and comfortable beds were provided. the house easily accommodated our group of 11.

The value for money was outstanding, exceeding our expectations. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making our stay feel luxurious. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Brighton town center and a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff, especially Tracy, were incredibly helpful and responsive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The decor and kitchen were both stunning and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a nice touch to have a variety of teas, coffee, and basic cooking ingredients provided. the private cinema room was a fantastic bonus, with all the high-tech features making it a great entertainment space.

Our only regret is that our stay was too short to fully enjoy all the communal areas and indulge in a long bath in the gorgeous master en-suite.
